We believe that the best memories are shared around the dining table over homemade food where you can taste the love and creativity in each bite. My family’s roots are planted in the Mediterranean and along with the vibrant cultures found in this region, so is a love for food and a life that revolves around the kitchen. Growing up with chefs’ 

hearts, we have practiced a long held tradition to cook for each other like one paints a picture, taking flavors from different Mediterranean cuisines to find and experience their culinary secrets. It has been our dream to pour this passion and tradition into a restaurant where we could bring guests into our family and share our love for discovering and creating. My wife and I wanted a name that would capture and combine the beauty and passion of the Mediterranean so it became an obvious choice to christen our dream, Nicole’s, after our only daughter. Keeping our dream authentic means family involvement is pinnacle, so we are proud to say that with his wealth of gastronomical experience, our son Chef Christopher has come to Bahrain to carry on our family’s love of exploring. We invite you to journey in our original dishes curated from Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and Lebanon in our romantically eclectic dining room to the windswept terrace.
